PRODUCT WARRANTY & SUPPORT

90 Day Limited Warranty for Cases & Screen protectors (Unless otherwise stated)

This warranty is only valid for items that are considered defected. Defects are defined as imperfections or flaws that are produced by a manufacturing error. Accidental drops, installation failures, normal wear and tear, etc. caused by the owner are not covered under this warranty. 

The warranty does not cover the following: 

  • Normal wear and tear from daily use of product 
  • Product was used for unintended purposes
  • Misuse, mishandling, accident, or other abnormal use of product 
  • Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance 

All of the shipping costs for sending back your case will be in the responsibility of the owner of the case. We advise using a traceable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Our store is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments for returning packages. We will pay for the shipment of any replacement parts or products under the limited warranty to remedy the defective product.

One Year Warranty for mobile phone accessory or other electronic devices 

2 Year Limited Warranty for Foscam IP Cameras and NVRs

Once the product is received, we will inspect the product (within 7-10 business days of receipt on average) to determine if the product is covered under the limited warranty. If the product is determined to be covered under the Limited Warranty, We, under our judgment and discretion, will repair, replace, or recondition the product. We will pay for the shipment of any replacement parts or products under the limited warranty to remedy the defective product.

If the product under warranty becomes inactive or no longer available, We reserve the right to replace the inactive product with a similar or better product. In no event  we shall be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising from the use of the product, including, but without limitation, device damage, data loss, or personal injury.

Requirements for Returns

We will pay for the shipment of any replacement parts or products under the limited warranty to remedy the defective product.

  • Must include a valid original purchase Order number or our tax invoice
  • Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents
  • Returned products that are not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a minimum $5 USD restocking fee
  • Return shipping is at buyer's cost

WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED

We do our best to get your order right the first time, but there is a small chance we might get the orders mixed up. But you do not have to worry, our Customer Reps will be more than happy to help. Just send us a photo of the wrong item that you received to us. We will send the correct item out as soon as we can! A prepaid satchel will be included for you to return the wrong item.

PRICE NOTICE

Any prices we quote verbally or any prices appearing in our printed price lists or appearing within this website are subject to change without prior notice. If you need firm prices for future deliveries you should request a written quotation from our sales team.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you access this Site or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically and you further agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.


LIABILITY FOR PAYMENT INFRINGEMENT :

If goods are made to purchasers specifications or design, purchaser assumes liability for patent and copyright infringement and agrees to hold Cbay Co. Ltd harmless from any actions arising out of any alleged infringement.
