Shipping Charges
Shipping will be charged from $5 +GST for a single item and discounted rates on multiple items. Shipping cost will be calculated at check out.
Delivery Times
We aim to ship out the same day every order placed on any business day before 4pm so that it can be delivered on the next business day. Please note that furniture and custom orders have a longer lead time than standard and may be delivered separately to other items in your order.
- Target delivery overnight (one working day) to most city centers
- Can take up to 4 working days for rural or out of the way areas.
Track & Trace
Tracking details will be sent to you at 6:25PM Mon-Fri after the package has left our warehouse. Please contact the local courier branch deirectly if any delivery issues, such as delays, loss, damages. We are unable to schedule a timeframe for the courier delivery.
